Nadine Adrian is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Long Beach area office. She defends workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Nadine focuses on client communication and analyzing claims with her clients’ goals in mind to achieve the most efficient and favorable outcome.
She is a Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997. She is also admitted in the Southern and Central Districts of California, the District of Maryland, and the United States Supreme Court. She started her career as a civil litigator, defending claims in the fields of personal injury, products liability, premises liability, elevator/escalator liability and medical malpractice. She has tried several jury trials to verdict in both State and Federal court. She also authored an appellate brief related to a subrogation claim in a matter certified for publication by the California Court of Appeal. Since 2002, her practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense and the prosecution of subrogation claims. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Nadine was a partner in the Los Angeles office of a San Diego based workers’ compensation defense firm, and she has appeared in matters throughout California.
Nadine graduated from The American University in Washington, DC, in 1994, where she majored in interdisciplinary studies (communications, legal institutions, economics & government). She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
