Dinesh Karma joined Albert and Mackenzie in 2016 as an associate attorney in the San Francisco bay area office. He has handled various worker’s compensation matters including settlement negotiations, depositions and trials. Dinesh believes that tailoring a case specific plan of action and maintaining constant communication with all parties is the best way to move a claim towards closure. This proactive style approach has lead Dinesh to obtain a “take nothing” after a two court session AOE/COE trial at the San Francisco WCAB.
Dinesh was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013. He graduated from Western State University College of Law in 2013 with a Juris Doctor degree. While awaiting bar results, he interned at the San Diego Office of the City Attorney’s Worker’s Compensation Division where he conducted legal research to assist in preparation for hearings and trial. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he also worked at a smaller worker’s compensation defense firm where he handled his own caseload from inception to closure.
