Cruz Eusebio is a senior associate attorney in our San Diego office. His focus is on the defense of workers’ compensation matters, Labor Code section 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims under Labor Code Section 4553 on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. He believes in aggressive and proactive handling of cases with an eye toward early and beneficial resolutions. He understands the key importance of effective and responsive communications with clients, as well as efficient and expedient case handling in order to achieve beneficial results. Cruz brings extensive experience to the firm having defended workers’ compensation matters since his admission to the California State Bar in 1991. He is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law.
Cruz attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Biology. He went on to attend Western State University College of Law where he received a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, he was a member of the Ferguson Honors Moot Court Team where he was distinguished as earning a perfect score and becoming a Semi-Finalist in competition. He was also a recipient of the James M. Brower Achievement Award.
