Evi Kritt joined Albert and Mackenzie in 2003 and serves as a senior associate attorney in the Los Angeles area office. Her extensive legal experience includes more than 23 years working in the area of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Evi’s strengths cover a wide range of client activities, including depositions, conferences, arbitrations, trials, and negotiating prompt and beneficial settlements. During her successful practice, she has obtained "take-nothings" at trial.
Evi was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985 and the Federal Court in 1986. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as in-house defense counsel for ABM Industries Inc., where she handled all facets of workers’ compensation claims, including the handling of third-party and subrogation cases. Evi has served as Judge Pro Tem for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the Municipal Court of California - Small Claims and Traffic Court. She is certified to mediate through the Ventura Center for Dispute Resolution. Her publications include, “The Right of Publicity Survives in California,” California Civil Code Section 990:, Western State University Law Review, Volume 12, Number 1, Fall 1984.
She attended Western State University, College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude, Honor Roll. Evi was also Managing Editor of Law Review.
