Philip Gahagan is an associate attorney in the Inland Empire office. His focus is on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Philip believes in working proactively to ensure that his clients’ short and long-term goals are fulfilled through utilizing creative and cost-effective approaches to case handling.
Philip was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, In-House Counsel for a home health care company, and an instructor in the Criminal Justice Program at a local junior college.
He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and California State University, San Bernardino where he earned his Master of Arts degree in National Security Studies.
Philip attended Whittier Law School where he was a Fellow in the Center for International and Comparative Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2010 with Certificates in International and Comparative Law, Business Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
