Jason Nikolovski joined Albert and Mackenzie in 2008 and serves as a Managing Partner in the Orange County office. He has extensive experience handling all facets of workers’ compensation cases, including the defense of discrimination claims under Labor Code section 132a and Serious and Willful claims under Labor Code section 4553. He has appeared before all Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California since 2002 and serves as Judge Pro Tem. Jason has distinguished himself by earning “Take Nothings” at trial and ensuring doctors provide a better result for clients at deposition. In addition to his role as an attorney, he manages the Orange County office and trains new attorneys.
Jason was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. Prior to workers' compensation, he practiced business immigration law in San Francisco, working with high profile clients such as Microsoft and Oracle. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA in 1995. He graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law in 1998.
