Jennifer A. Hamilton originally joined Albert and Mackenzie in 2009 as a legal assistant and now serves as an associate attorney in the Los Angeles area office. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013. Her practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Jennifer believes in zealous representation that moves files forward and ensures the best settlement possible.
Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a law clerk with the LAPD Use of Force Division, the District Attorney's Office - Hardcore Gang Unit, and the Public Counsel - Family Law/Adoptions Division. Before entering law school, Jennifer was a legal assistant at Albert and Mackenzie, where she was exposed to litigation in the field of Workers' Compensation claims and lien resolutions.
She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Law & Society. Jennifer obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2013. While at Southwestern, she received the 2012 Witkin Academic Achievement Award.
