Joseph Mobassernia joined Albert and Mackenzie as an associate attorney and is practicing out of our Van Nuys office. His primary focus is on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
Joe is strongly committed to his clients’ goals and objectives by facilitating with the claims process, and explaining legal terminology and procedures in simple terms. He embodies the meaning of teamwork in his willingness to work alongside with his clients. He also prides himself on exceeding the expectations of his clients by providing timely communications to clients’ questions and concerns.
Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked for a boutique plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm in the San Fernando Valley where he developed a passion for negotiation strategies while negotiating settlement demands with various insurance companies and medical providers. His prior professional experience has aided him to effectively represent his clients and deliver positive results.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California of Los Angeles. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2013. During his tenure at Pepperdine, Joe received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was awarded the CALI Certificate in Civil Procedure. Joe is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, other lower state courts and the Federal Court.
