Madhath Ali joined Albert and Mackenzie in 2015 in the Orange County office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims and resolution of lien issues on behalf of employers, insurers, and third party administrators. She believes in staunchly advocating for the firm’s clients, tailoring representation to the specific needs of each, and maintaining clarity and punctuality in client communications. She is also dedicated to attaining the best possible results.
Madhath obtained her Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2015, graduating cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 2012. Prior to workers’ compensation, she served as a law clerk and legal clinician for a number of organizations, including the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and the State Appellate Defender Office. She is fluent in Bengali and proficient in Arabic.
