Casey H. Nagasugi is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles area office. He provides defense on workers’ compensation claims representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Casey is committed to working with each client to develop a plan of action from the inception to the closure of the file for a cost-effective resolution, while aggressively pursuing all available defenses for the best result.
Casey was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney for over 12 years applying the same philosophy of working with each client for expedited and efficient resolution of files.
He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Japanese and Political Science with a specialization in Business Administration. He then attended the University of California, San Diego where he earned his Master in International Relations and Pacific Studies. He graduated from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) with a Juris Doctorate in 2003.
Casey enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. When not with his family, he enjoys running half marathons and marathons.
