Sammy S. Rabieh is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. Sammy’s expertise includes the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including appellate work. He also has extensive experience defending 132a discrimination claims and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators. Sammy has also represented municipalities, school districts, counties, and other governmental agencies.
Prior to practicing in workers’ compensation, Sammy practiced civil litigation and acted as project team lead/senior document review attorney for a number of international law firms. Sammy also worked as an Attorney Advisor General for United States Small Business Administration.
Sammy has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since May 2005 and is a member of the California State Bar, as well as a member of the United States District Court for the Central and Southern California Districts.
