Sumit G. Raghuvanshi is an associate attorney in the Orange County office. His focus is on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers and third-party administrators.
Sumit was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, his practice concentrated on the defense of workers’ compensation cases and civil litigation to include the defense of 132a and Serious and Willful claims.
His overall experience, detailed understanding of the law, and “innovative” approach to case handling has led to him to obtain several “Take Nothing” findings for his client. Sumit believes in an aggressive approach to moving files forward and his open, consistent communication style affords him the ability to obtain great settlement results.
He is a graduate of Chapman University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with an emphasis in European, Holocaust, and American Histories in 2007. He attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011.
