Sara J. Boessenecker is an associate attorney in the Sacramento area office. She specializes in the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers and third-party administrators, including defense of discrimination claims under Labor Code section 132a. Sara’s strengths encompass negotiations skills, clear and consistent client communication, as well as early and expedited resolution of claims.
Sara was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked at a family law practice where she helped in the representation of clients in child custody and divorce cases. Sara graduated from the University of California Davis, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her Juris Doctor degree from University of California Davis School of Law, King Hall in 2012.
