Rajinder Sungu is an associate attorney in the Fresno office. He specializes in defense of all issues involving workers’ compensation claims. Raj has a background in economics and he utilizes his analytical skills to provide his clients with an aggressive defense strategy that focuses on detailed claim valuation coupled with cost-effective early resolution of claims.
Raj was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation defense. Raj graduated from UCLA with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics in 2004. He attended San Joaquin College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate with High Honors in 2012. While in law school, he worked for the presiding Fresno County Juvenile Court Judge as coordinator of a specialized juvenile behavioral health court. He also published an article in the San Joaquin Law Review Journal.
