Brooke Warman

Senior Associate Attorney

WCAB Venues Covered:Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Rosa

Brooke Warman is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Francisco office. She strongly believes in the importance of client communication and continually focuses on her efforts to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.

In 2009, she was admitted to the State Bar of California and all the Federal District Courts throughout California. Since then, her practice has been in bankruptcy and family and employment law. Brooke’s focus on workers’ compensation defense began in 2013. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a
workers’ compensation defense Attorney in the Bay Area.

Brown vs. Board of Education inspired Brooke to pursue a career in workers’ compensation defense. As an attorney, she lives by the mantra, “Fight, fight, fight!!!”; however, on a personal level, Brooke’s philosophy to life a la Frederick Douglass is, “Without struggle, there can be no progress.”

Brooke has a diverse range of interests. She sews and flips furniture, yet also loves outdoor activities like paddleboarding, snowboarding, skateboarding, and camping. Brooke is also interested in U.S. politics and debating bits of society, governance, and culture.

Her favorite novel is Spindle’s End by Robin McKinley. If Brooke were to pursue a different career path, she would be a historian. Snowboarding the seven continents is listed as number one on Brooke’s bucket list – she has two continents down and five more to go.
