Timothy Willis is a senior associate attorney in the San Francisco office. He is a zealous advocate of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation proceedings, including Labor Code § 132a discrimination and serious and willful misconduct. Timothy has negotiated countless Compromise and Release settlements, used expert witnesses to shift liability to third parties, procured several dismissals with prejudice, and resolved a multitude of claims without payment of temporary disability benefits. Timothy prides himself upon aggressive representation, cost-efficient resolution of claims, and accurate case valuation.
After being admitted to the California State Bar in 2010, Timothy worked at a workers’ compensation defense firm handling all manner of cases from inception to trial. Timothy graduated from the University of California, San Diego cum laude with a degree in Political Science. He attended Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and graduated with a Juris Doctor. While at Lewis and Clark, Timothy served as the managing editor of the Lewis and Clark Law Review.
