Amy Marks is a Supervising Attorney in the Sacramento area office. She strongly believes in the importance of advocating for each client’s unique needs and expediently resolving cases with high efficacy in a cost-effective manner.

Her expertise and skill have led her to obtain two Take Nothings and revert a psyche QME’s opinion from 51%PD to 0%. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Amy worked in-house at Clovis Community Medical Center’s legal department and as a workers’ compensation defense Attorney throughout California. She also worked in areas of criminal defense and medical malpractice. Moreover, Amy co-authored an article about healthcare cyber vulnerability, which was published in 2015 and presented at the 59th International Association of Lawyers Congress.

Amy grew up in Modesto, California. Her favorite hobbies are cooking and baking. She enjoys recreating her favorite dishes from restaurants and has a goal to compile the recipes into a cookbook. An ideal weekend for Amy comprises of wine tasting in Napa with her husband and black Cocker Spaniel, Frank.

Three words to describe Amy are passionate, inquisitive, and ambitious. With a love for animals, Amy’s number one goal on her bucket list is a visit to a wildlife safari. If she could bring only one album to take to a deserted island, it would be Songs About Jane by Maroon 5.

Amy’s favorite place in the world is Florence, Italy. When it comes to sports, she is rooting for the San Francisco Giants, 49ers, and Sacramento Kings. Amy’s motto in life is, “The best way to predict your future is to create it.” (Abraham Lincoln)
