Cameron Huey is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Sacramento area office. He is proactive, efficient, and focuses on exceeding client expectations. One of Cameron’s many accomplishments includes a favorable cross-examination in which he convinced a chiropractor QME that an applicant was MMI. He successfully backdated the MMI for the client to receive three months of TD overpayment credit.
Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Cameron worked as an Applicant Attorney for three years where he gained a reputation amongst the workers’ compensation community of not only working up his cases but being an aggressive case closer. Having experience as an Applicant Attorney has given Cameron insight into negotiations, client expectations, and case management.
Cameron grew up in Bay Area, California. If there were three words to describe Cameron, it would be passionate, analytical, and efficient. His hobbies include singing and target shooting.
Cameron’s favorite cuisine is Mediterranean and Indian food. As a history buff, his favorite novel is Homage to Catalonia by George Orwell. If Cameron could pick up a new skill, he would like to learn to play the piano.
Cameron lives by the phrase, “You only “live” once, but if you truly find God you can live forever.” Fun fact: Cameron is a classically trained singer and sang from the 5th grade through college. He was a member of the University Chorus and Gospel Chorus at the University of California Berkeley.
