Caroline Rau serves as Client Services Manager in our Inland Empire office, where she is deeply committed to advancing our firm’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and effective resolution of workers’ compensation claims.
Since entering the workers’ compensation industry in 2012, Caroline has built a diverse and well-rounded career through her experience with Travelers Insurance, Sedgwick, LWP, Gallagher Bassett, and Pie Insurance. Her broad industry knowledge and firsthand understanding of the claims process allow her to offer valuable perspective and insight to clients. Caroline enjoys connecting with new clients and developing meaningful relationships while continuing to support and strengthen established partnerships.
Originally from Southern California, Caroline brings an outgoing, genuine, and dedicated personality to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter, her three cats, and her family and friends. She is also passionate about live music and enjoys attending concerts whenever she can. A true sports enthusiast, Caroline also loves attending games and experiencing the excitement of cheering on her favorite teams.
