Hallie Spaulding is an Associate Attorney in the Roseville area office. Hallie believes in a client-first approach, focusing on understanding client goals and upholding client communication. She practices a proactive, aggressive approach with efficient case management to successfully resolve cases in the most time and cost-effective manner.

Before joining Albert and Mackenzie, Hallie worked for the City Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and various private firms on the plaintiff and defense side of employment law, government agency, housing, real estate, and small business law. Hallie gained a valuable perspective in practicing both plaintiff and defense work, specifically in plaintiff-side employment litigation, which contributes to her success in understanding client objectives on both sides and negotiating favorable settlements as a result. She transitioned this knowledge and her strengths into the practice of workers’ compensation defense.

In Hallie’s spare time, she enjoys reading, doing outdoor activities, and attending concerts and live sporting events. She is a fan of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Los Angeles Chargers, and Arkansas Razorbacks.
