Hershel Shagal is an Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Hershel strongly believes in the importance of thorough analysis and client communication. He always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California and all the Federal Courts in 2024. Since that time, his practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense and civil liability defense.
Hershel graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2019, where he majored in Religious Studies. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in 2023.
