Mona Fine is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Oxnard office area. Mona has extensive experience in defending claims for workers’ compensation benefits on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party claim administrators, with an emphasis on the representation of staffing companies and “Professional Employer Organizations”. Mona’s strengths include constant and meaningful communication with claims adjusters, employers, and risk managers, to assess exposure and develop and execute cost-effective strategies and claim resolution.
Mona was admitted to the State Bar of California and all Federal District Courts in California in 2013. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Mona worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California.
Mona graduated from La Sierra University, in Riverside, California, where she majored in English Literature with an emphasis in Trial Advocacy and graduated with Cum Laude Honors in 2008. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2013, with an emphasis in Trial Practice.
