Norman Laurell is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Encino office. With over 20 years of practice, he has successfully defended many employers, insurance providers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims.
Throughout Norman’s workers’ compensation career, he has taken countless cases to trial and has handled multiple Petitions for Reconsideration. He prioritizes the needs of his clients and works vigorously to resolve cases to closure.
Norman was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. His ideal weekend is spending time with his three dogs: a cute lovable pit bull named Sura, a fun-loving white German Shepard named Txakurra, and a cuddly lab mix named Olof.
Norman’s motto in life is, “You don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.” One of his hidden talents is drawing. He also likes to learn new languages. Fun fact: Norman is a twin, and his brother teaches Spanish.
