Ragan Fowzer is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Ragan strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2026. Since that time, her practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm.
Ragan graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in Communication. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law in 2025.
