Robert Miller is an Associate Attorney in the Orange office. He strongly believes in providing a cost-saving approach, building relationships with clients, and helping clients bring matters to resolution.
Robert was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2011 and to the Federal District Court for the Central District of California in May 2012. Since then, his practice has focused on all facets of employment matters including Wage and Hour, FEHA, and Labor Code §132a. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked for a small boutique law firm that specialized in representing small to mid-sized employers on employment matters.
Robert grew up in Orange County, California. With an interest in pursuing both law and medicine, a coin flip decided his career path. Robert has a passion for problem-solving and investigating claims to bring them to resolution.
In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, solving puzzles, and watching movies. His ultimate favorite movie line is, “Get off my plane!”, from Air Force One.
When it comes to sports, Robert is rooting for the Los Angeles Angels, Oklahoma Sooners, and Anaheim Ducks. If he could have one superpower, it would be teleportation.
