Robert W. Miller is an associate attorney in the Orange office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Robert strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2011 and to The Federal District Court for the Central District of California in May 2012. Since that time, his practice has focused on all facets of employment matters including Wage and Hour, FEHA, and Labor Code § 132a. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked for a small boutique law firm that specialized in representing small to mid-sized employers regarding their employment matters.
Robert graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2006 where he double majored in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University, College of Law in 2009.
