Ryan Simms is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Anaheim area office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Ryan strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Courts in California in 2008. Since that time, he has practiced civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney for a national insurance company handling cases throughout California.
John graduated from California State University Fullerton where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in political science. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2008.
