Vanessa Spencer is a Supervising Attorney in the Inland Empire office. She is dedicated to moving cases to closure by listening to her client’s needs and creating a joint plan of action to meet those needs.
Throughout Vanessa’s workers’ compensation career, she has continuously reduced exposure on cases by achieving early settlements. She is effective at finding creative resolutions with co-defendants, pro-per applicants, applicant’s attorneys, and lien claimants. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Vanessa served as an Attorney throughout California.
Vanessa grew up in southeastern Los Angeles, California. She is a travel enthusiast, having visited all 48 contiguous states and Hawaii, as well as other countries like Mexico, Canada, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and England. Her favorite place in the world thus far is Costa Rica.
An ideal weekend for Vanessa comprises of a road trip to the Sonoma Coast or a canoe trip down the Russian River on Saturday, followed by binge-watching Harry Potter with her child on Sunday. If she could have one superpower, Vanessa would choose teleportation to easily embark on her travel quests.
Vanessa lives by the words, “Life is short. Enjoy it. Work hard. Play hard.” As for her hidden talent, she can teach almost anyone how to swim. Fun fact: Vanessa paid for her college tuition working as a swim coach, swim instructor, and lifeguard.
