Victoria Simon is a Hearing Representative in the Orange office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims specializing in lien negotiations and lien litigation. Victoria prides herself on her strong communication skills and cost-efficient, proactive resolution of lien cases.

Victoria began her career as a File Clerk at a workers’ compensation firm and advanced quickly to a Hearing Representative in which she has resolved hundreds of liens and assisted in the final closure of files for numerous major workers’ compensation carriers. Her first job as a File Clerk inspired Victoria to pursue a major in law and work towards obtaining a Juris Doctor degree.

Victoria was born and raised in Orange County, California. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, gardening, and ending the night reading a book. She is a big fan of mystery and thrill novels; Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn being her favorite read.

As a foodie, Victoria also loves to cook and try new foods and restaurants. If she had to choose her favorite food, it would be seafood (especially king crab legs).

As for Victoria’s hidden talent, she can play the tenor saxophone and flute!
