Jeremiah Brasher is a senior associate attorney in the Sacramento area office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation, 132(a), and S&W claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Jeremiah strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. After beginning his workers’ compensation career representing applicants at a large Sacramento firm in early 2006, he transitioned to defense work in late 2007 and has been zealously representing the rights of employers, their carriers, and third party administrators ever since. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie in 2019, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney and partner at two other reputable defense firms in California.
Jeremiah graduated from American River College in Sacramento, where he obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Mathematics and Physical Science. He then majored in Computer Engineering at CSU Sac State before obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2004.
