Brent Jensen is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Jose office. He advocates for early resolution of cases and strongly believes in providing clients with quality service and timely communication. Brent makes it a priority to acquire the best outcome for his clients.
Brent has extensive experience litigating cases in ADR carve-out programs under Labor Code 3201.5. He has successfully litigated a variety of disputes resulting in Take Nothing findings or substantial recoveries for clients through contribution or subrogation claims. Brent’s commitment and representation on behalf of clients had led to several direct referrals.
Brent grew up in Golden, Colorado. His hobbies include skiing, fishing, traveling, and cooking. As for his favorite place in the world, it would be any beach in Mexico. When it comes to sports, Brent is rooting for the Colorado teams such as the Nuggets, Broncos, Rockies, and Buffaloes. Fun fact: Brent is a partial owner of two racehorses.
