Brent Jensen is a senior associate attorney in the San Jose office. Brent defends employers, public entities, carriers and third-party administrators in all matters pending before the WCAB. Brent has extensive experience litigating cases in ADR carve-out programs under Labor Code 3201.5. Brent advocates for early resolution of cases whenever possible and strongly believes in the importance of client communication always focusing on getting the best outcome for his clients. He has successfully litigated a variety of disputes resulting in ‘take-nothings’ or substantial recoveries for clients through contribution or subrogation claims.
Brent was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, Brent worked for workers’ compensation defense firms with cases venued throughout California.
Brent graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003.
