Katherine Lee is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Diego area office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. She strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner with emphasis in early settlement.
Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, Katherine worked as workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout Southern California and practiced complex toxic tort litigation.
Katherine graduated from University of California, Irvine, where she earned three Bachelors’ Degrees in Classics, Classical Civilization, and Philosophy where she was on the Dean’s List. She then graduated from Whittier College School of Law in 2007 where she was an Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Journal and received CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
