Katherine Lee

Senior Associate Attorney

WCAB Venues Covered:San Diego

Katherine Lee is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. She strongly believes in the importance of client communication and focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner and acquiring early settlement.

Throughout Katherine’s workers’ compensation career, she has victoriously obtained quick settlements within 30 days of referral and at depositions. In addition, she has favorably received an amended opinion from a panel QME regarding apportionment and causation. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Katherine worked as workers’ compensation defense Attorney throughout southern California and practiced complex toxic tort litigation.

Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, snorkeling, reading, and playing the piano. Her favorite place in the world is Kaanapali, Maui. She has two pets: a pure-bred male Chihuahua named Pepe and a female Chihuahua mix named Lily. An ideal weekend for Katherine is sunbathing at a sandy beach with her Chihuahuas and husband.

Three words to describe Katherine are genuine, introspective, and kind. She lives by the words, “Carpe Diem & Temet Nosce.” If Katherine’s life had a theme song, it would be “Fantaisie-Impromptu Op. 66” by Frederic Chopin.
