Doug Mallett is a Senior Associate Attorney in our San Francisco area office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers and third-party administrators. Doug is committed to providing excellent customer service to his clients and believes in aggressive litigation to resolve claims in a timely fashion.
Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, he worked as an associate for a civil litigation defense firm in New York, NY and he has experience in defending personal injury and premises liability actions.
Doug graduated from the University of California Davis with his Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011. While at Thomas Jefferson he interned at the San Diego Public Defender’s office, United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague, Netherlands, and SmithDehn India’s Mysore office.
Doug was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012 and the New York State Bar in 2017.
