Marilyn Moore is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Encino office. She began her legal career in labor and employment law, as well as, wage and hour complex litigation, expanding her field of expertise to workers’ compensation. Marilyn currently represents employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense matters. She strongly believes in providing relentless and zealous advocacy for her clients with an emphasis on constant client communication and customized litigation strategies for each claim, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Marilyn was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as an employment law and workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout Southern California.
She graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management Information Systems. Marilyn later completed her Juris Doctor degree at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia where she was a Managing Editor for Emory International Law Review.
