Ebony Onoh is a Senior Associate Attorney in our East Bay area office. She has practiced workers’ compensation defense for insurance carriers, self-insured private and public employers and third-party administrators since being admitted to the California Bar in 2006. Ebony executes aggressive legal strategies while also taking every possible opportunity to discuss early settlement. She has also successfully litigated and resolved discrimination claims under Labor Code Section 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims under Labor Code Section 4553.
Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, Ebony worked at a workers’ compensation defense firm in the bay area.
Ebony graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with honors. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006.
