Joe Schlah is a senior associate attorney in the Los Angeles area office. His focus is on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Joe prides himself upon aggressive representation, cost-efficient resolution of claims, and accurate case valuation. He is also known for working closely with adjusters in developing detailed and aggressive plan of actions in order to defend our client’s interest and obtain the best possible outcomes.
Joe was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, his practice focused primarily on workers’ compensation defense and civil litigation involving catastrophic injuries.
He is a graduate from Cal State University in Northridge, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management in 2005. He thereafter attended Southwestern University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 2008. While at Southwestern, he was actively involved in the moot court program, as well as providing free legal aid to the homeless.
