Henry Tao is an Associate Attorney in the Long Beach area office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Henry has practiced in the areas of employment law and general business litigation, dealing with sexual harassment claims, wage and hour dispute, fraud, and breach of contract. His experience allows him to successfully resolve claims from different perspectives.
Henry was admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Court in California in 2015. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he practiced exclusively as an applicant’s attorney. As such, he has extensive experience understanding the tactics used by applicant’s attorneys to develop a claim. He now uses this experience to effectively defend insurance carriers.
Henry graduated from University of California Los Angeles in 2009, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended University of San Diego School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2014.
