Eric Testan is a senior associate attorney in the Encino office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Eric strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Courts in California in 2010. Since that time, his practice has focused on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California.
Eric graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara where he majored in Business Economics. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Chapman University School of Law.
