Tim to refine his skills at taking thorough depositions and developing persuasive petitions, while working efficiently and maintaining a focus on resolving claims favorably.
Tim was admitted to the California Bar in 2014. He has also been admitted to the Mississippi Bar since 2006. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he defended employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims and practiced insurance defense litigation in state and federal courts for six years.
Tim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He attended Tulane University Law School, where he graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree in 2006.
