Kendall Whitehead is a senior associate attorney in the Inland Empire office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Kendall believes in prompt communication, persuasive legal writing to set forth the best possible defenses for her clients, and quick, cost-effective resolutions.
Kendall was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, she worked at a boutique workers’ compensation defense firm in the Inland Empire. Kendall has participated in training by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has received several defense verdicts in cases that proceeded to trial.
In 2010, Kendall graduated from Biola University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Kendall earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law in 2014 where she was a Dean’s Fellow and graduated cum laude. In her free time, Kendall participates in pub trivia tournaments and enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs.
