Yan Falkinstein is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Encino office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Yan strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012 and has worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney ever since. Yan prioritizes the needs of his clients and works diligently to resolve all issues promptly.
Yan graduated from University of California, Los Angeles where he majored in Sociology. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2011, along with a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2010.
