George Alayev is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. He has defended California workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators for over a decade. George strongly believes in the importance of client communication. He prioritizes client satisfaction which is achieved through aggressive advocacy and effective case resolution.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Courts in California in 2010. Since that time, he has practiced as an in-house counsel for three workers’ compensation carriers. Most recently, George worked as a Claim Account Executive with The Hartford where he provided exceptional customer service to VIP Insureds with a service book of close to $30,000,000. George’s legal achievements include obtaining 4 Take Nothing Findings and mentoring attorneys and claim handlers.
George grew up in the former Soviet Union and moved to Los Angeles when he was 9 years old. He enjoys the beach, great restaurants, new hikes and ending his day with time to view the sunset. If given the opportunity to learn a new skill, George would love to learn how to be a great cook. An ideal weekend for George comprises of an open road, a taste of something delicious and lots of family time.
