Neda Swedelson is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Neda strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
Neda was admitted to the State Bar of California and all the Federal Courts in California in 1996. Since that time, her practice has focused on worker’s compensation defense throughout California.
Neda graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she majored in psychology. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University Law School in 1994. Neda is also licensed to practice law in Texas.
