Kim Poese is a senior associate attorney in the Anaheim office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Kim strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal Courts in California in 1994. Since that time, her practice has focused on personal injury defense and workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California.
Kim graduated from California State University, Fullerton, where she majored in Criminal Justice. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Western State College of Law, Fullerton.
