Aaron Gaspard is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Francisco office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Aaron strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California and all Federal Courts in 2014. Since 2020 his practice has focused on workers’ compensation. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation applicant attorney throughout California.
Aaron graduated from San Francisco State University where he majored in History and Anthropology. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2013.
