Ashley Baadsgaard is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. She believes in the importance of building strong client relationships, using clear and effective communication, and resolving cases in the most cost-effective manner.
Ashley was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025. Since that time, her practice has focused on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, she worked as a Law Clerk in civil litigation, where she gained hands-on experience supporting a wide range of matters.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Education from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 2012, and later obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2025. Ashley has aspired to become an attorney since childhood, a goal she pursued with dedication and purpose.
Originally from a small town in Utah where she grew up with nine siblings, Ashley now enjoys California’s pleasant climate and diverse communities. Her favorite place is Sunset Cliffs in San Diego.
Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys playing the piano, singing, weightlifting, hiking, and reading. A fun fact: she taught music for more than 10 years before transitioning to a career in law.
