Ashley Baadsgaard is an associate attorney in the San Diego office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Ashley strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
Ashley was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025. Since that time, her practice has focused on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a law clerk in civil litigation.
Ashley graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, in 2012 where she majored in Education. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from University of San Diego School of Law in 2025.
