Wesley Mariscal is an associate attorney in the San Francisco office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Wesley strongly believes in the importance of client communication and focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in both a consistent and cost-effective manner.
Wesley was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025. Since that time, his practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a law clerk for an insurance defense firm.
Wesley attended San Francisco State University and obtained his Bachelor of Science with Honors in 2022. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law in 2025.
