Annette Sanders is a Supervising Lien Hearing Representative in the Encino office. She specializes in lien negotiations and lien litigation throughout Southern California. Annette’s collaborative approach with adjusters and employers has resulted in proactive and aggressive resolution of lien cases. Her litigation skills have also culminated in cost-effective and favorable case results.

Annette has more than 30 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, including employment with major workers’ compensation carriers like Republic Indemnity Company of America, Zenith Insurance, and Chubb Insurance. She is excellent at training adjusters, brokers, and employers on utilization review issues, MPN issues, lien issues, and workers’ compensation fraud issues.

Annette grew up in Wisconsin. From politics to sports, she holds a diverse range of interests. As for her hobbies, she enjoys home decorating and designing shoes.

Annette’s favorite place in the world is Africa. Completing a full tour of the National Museum of African American History and Culture Center in Washington, D.C. is listed as number one on Annette’s bucket list.

Three words to describe Annette are dedicated, understanding, and giving. Annette’s desire to create fairness in the law inspired her to pursue a career as a Hearing Representative. She lives by the words, “Always be willing to learn and willing to share what you learn.” Fun fact: Annette loves to line dance.
