Errick Winek joined Albert and Mackenzie as a Senior Associate Attorney in the Inland Empire office. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, he practiced workers’ compensation for seven years. As a practicing Attorney, Errick specializes in aggressive, expedited resolution of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance providers, and third-party administrators.
Errick has successfully litigated complex claims obtaining judgments in favor of his clients, which have been upheld on Reconsideration before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and on Writ before the California Court of Appeals.
Errick graduated from the University of Southern California earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science. He attended law school at Chapman University School of Law on a merit scholarship. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Chapman Law Review and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2010.
When he is not practicing law, Errick enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, camping, USC Football, and Los Angeles Dodgers Baseball.
