Aaron Gaspard is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Francisco office. He strongly believes in an attentive approach tailoring each case to the client’s goals and resolving matters efficiently and with swift communication.
Admitted to the State Bar of California and all Federal Courts in 2014, Aaron has focused his practice on workers’ compensation since 2020. Before joining Albert & Mackenzie, he represented applicants in workers’ compensation matters, successfully securing numerous high-value settlements. His passion for continual learning and appreciation for legal reasoning inspired him to pursue a career in law.
Aaron grew up in Richmond, California. His interests include music, sports, film, and travel. His musical tastes span rock, hip-hop, R&B, and jazz. A loyal fan of the California Golden Bears, Oakland Roots, Tottenham Hotspur, San Francisco 49ers, and Golden State Warriors, Aaron brings the same energy and focus to his practice that he does to cheering on his favorite teams.
Fun fact: Aaron’s hidden talent is playing guitar, and he used to rap.
