Agnieszka R. Bielecka is a Senior Associate attorney in the Roseville office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
Agnieszka strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on successfully resolving cases in the most cost-effective manner. She provides vigorous pro-active defense aimed at expedited resolutions but is eager to aggressively litigate when necessary.
Agnieszka was born and raised in Poland where she graduated from the University of Gdansk with a B.A. and Master’s degree in Polish Law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2010, where she graduated salutatorian, magna cum laude. She was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year.
While in law school Agnieszka worked as a Certified Law Student gaining extensive court and motion practice experience. Prior to settling into Workers’ Compensation, she practiced civil law conducting discovery and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions in the Northern California Superior Courts.
Agnieszka has been practicing Workers’ Compensation exclusively since 2012. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California.
